Refund policy: Cancellation before February 1, 2012, full refund less $75 deposit. After February 1, 2012, no refunds for any reason. Registration is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another person for the same gathering with written notification by May 15, 2012. In order to transfer, you must send by POSTAL MAIL ONLY the new person's registration form and a written acknowlegement from you authorizing the new person to attend in your place. You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event.
