Registration includes cabin space, all meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. Also, entrance to all events, workshops, playshops, and activities are included, as well as use of the pool and hot tub. Use of the entire 400 acre grounds are available to all registrants.

Refund policy: Cancellation before March 31, 2010, full refund less $75 deposit. After March 31, 2010, no refunds for any reason. Registration is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another person for the same gathering with written notification by May 1, 2010. In order to transfer, you must send by POSTAL MAIL ONLY the new person's registration form and a written acknowlegement from you authorizing the new person to attend in your place. You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event.
